First Class from Borneo

We decided to let Daniel and Dawson have some peace and quiet to prepare for their finals by leaving Irvine on a week-long vacation.

The initial plan was to visit Montana and make our way to Oregon like what the pilgrims did (inspired no doubt by the TV series Yellowstone, 1883 and 1923). After some research we decided to leave Montana for the future and added 3 nights in Denver, Colorado instead.

We flew Alaska Airlines from SNA to PDX, arriving at 5PM. Made our way to the Lyft pick-up area in the parking complex and 25 minutes later, we arrived at the new Ritz-Carlton, Portland.
