Redeeming SQ Suites Class or First Class on Saver award rates is like striking a mini-lottery. This flight was redeemed using 77,000 Krisflyer miles and it was worth every single mile.
After checking in my luggage I was escorted through to an expedited lane at Departures:
Suffice to say ANA Suite Lounge at HND is nothing to write home about. I left the lounge early. I did some window shopping and was the first to board.
I politely declined the female staff’s offer to carry my suitcase.
Once onboard the legendary SQ service takes over beginning with SQ’s Satay (Malaysia Airlines still has the better satay in the sky)
Enjoyed the Kyo Kaiseki meal by Yoshihiro Murata:
One good movie later and we were approaching Singapore’s Changi Airport
Made my way to the Private Room for some food before the Scoot flight back to Kuching.
