I used 85,000 Avios points to travel across the North Atlantic in the “world’s best business class”.
Hailed an Uber Black and got a gleaming brand new Range Rover. The driver was very chatty and we talked the entire journey to Heathrow. Politics, immigration, education for children, AI etc.

Traffic was light and we reached Heathrow’s Terminal 5 in good time.
The solitary trunk containing prized possessions of the wife was checked in carefully:



I made my way to the Concorde Room for my breakfast:





Spent some time in the sitting area of the First Class lounge before heading off to the gate for boarding



I was flying the newest iteration of BA’s First Class product and found it perfectly fine for crossing the pond.
So did Elvis aka Austin Butler who was seated in 1A:

If it’s good enough for a Hollywood movie star, it’s good enough for me.
Arrival at LAX was a breeze thanks to PS LAX:






British Airways 777-300 First Class (newest version): would gladly fly it again.
